South Bend, IN (July 6, 2026): Effective July 1, 2026, South Bend Ethanol, LLC officially changed its name to Verbio South Bend, LLC. The name change aligns the company with the global Verbio
brand and reflects its position within Verbio's North American operations.
"This name change provides greater consistency across our organization and makes it easier for stakeholders to identify our South Bend facility as part of Verbio's global network," said Greg Northrup, CEO of Verbio North America Holdings Corporation. “The South Bend team plays an important role in our North American operations, and this change makes that connection more visible.”
The name change does not affect the company's ownership, operations, products, services, or existing business relationships.
